Vision
FLAGSHIP VISUAL STORYTELLING
The objective was simple: translate Coach’s modern luxury identity into a clear in-store experience. Collections needed to feel intentional — not just displayed, but narrated through space. The focus was on clarity: defining product hierarchy, strengthening styling direction and ensuring every element supported the brand’s visual language. Because in a flagship store, presentation is not decoration. It is brand expression.

Challanges
FLAGSHIP VISUAL EXECUTION
Flagship execution requires precision. Seasonal collections were translated into structured floor sets, balancing product volume, styling and spatial rhythm. Campaign installations, mannequins and focal points were designed to guide the customer journey and reinforce the brand’s modern luxury codes. Through disciplined visual execution and close collaboration with store leadership, collections became clear retail narratives rather than isolated displays.
